Based in Carlisle, Ontario Canada, ZinCo Canada Inc. opened its doors in July 2005. Our staff has gained their advanced field experience and expertiece in the Netherlands. With a background in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture we approach our projects from a ecological and sustainable design prespective.

We design the green roof (system) tailored to the clients needs and requirements. Our objective is to create green roofs that are solid long term investments with tangible returns in enjoyment and increased property value for many years to come.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCT

ZinCo Canada can provide the client with a comprehensive Design & Construct approach. This means a direct relationship with just one Green Roof company instead of dealing with a multitude of organizations. This relationship provides the advantage of clear lines of communication and responsibility for delivery of scope and costs. The result is not only a smoother project, but also significant cost savings, reduced scheduling problems and lower risks.

ZinCo Canada will bring together the design and construction professionals to complete your Green Roof project. This means that we provide or assist in consulting for the waterproofing membrane and the Green Roof system based on the requirements of the client. When the design is approved by the client we will coordinate the installation of the total green roof project as well as the maintenance after completion.
