Rooftop Garden – You Can Create Almost Anything You Like!

The “rooftop garden” green roof system is a multifunctional green roof build-up with high water retention capacity – for lawns, perennials and, on deeper layers of growing medium, for shrubs and even trees. It can also be combined with other functions, e.g. with paths, terrace areas, driveways or playgrounds. As a substructure for driveways or foundations, Floradrain® FD 60 – the core element of the green roof system – can even be filled with concrete; without penetrating the roof membrane and without impairing the drainage.

Recreational Park- ZinCo Stabilodrain SD 30

The stabilodrain is a stable drainage layer that is both pressure resistant and has a high drainage capacity. This system is designed for parking decks on inverted roofs and can also be used for intensive roof gardens. Stabilodrain is ideally suited as a substructure for larger intensive green areas such as recreational parks or plaza's. But it can be applied just as well under driveways and parking area's. The stabilodrain creates a durbale protection layer for the waterproofing and roof construction underneath.

The Parking Deck system is specifically designed to be applied on the roofs of underground parking garages. Due to the accessibility and load bearing capacity of the roof and building construction, it is practical to use a stable and safe Green Roof system to allow for vehicular access.

The heavy duty ZinCo Protectodrain and Elastodrain systems are designed to withstand heavy loads and dynamic forces and are useful for a variety of walkways and driveways. Numerous possibilities exist and include anything from car parks and fire access roads to reinforced lawn and stone paving. The parking deck systems can be combined with other ZinCo Green Roof systems.
